CSV (Industrial Carpentry-Industrial Painting-Sandblasting) Group is a young company that was born from the combination of a strong entrepreneurial ability combined with a working group made of highly qualified personnel with long experience in the field.
Our team presents itself, on the industrial carpentry market, as a dynamic and efficient company, with a flexible spirit and therefore able to satisfy, on time, the specific technical requirements requested by our diversified clientele.
At our production area, which spreads over an area of 3,000 sqm ( 32.000 sqft) of covered ground and 9,000 sqm (97.000 sqft) of uncovered ground (two structures), we are able to meet the production demand, both of our inside design team and on behalf of third parties, and related to the industry of heavy, medium, and light carpentry with GTAW, GMAW, SMAW and SAW welding performed by certified welders.
Our work force is made of qualified operators amongst which it is possible to find carpenters, tub operators and welders. In order to maximize the efficiency of our production processes we are equipped with: plasma cutting machine, bending machine, press, cutting machines positioners, radial drills and band sawing machines of various capacities.
The industrial painting plant we use has painting booths with separate areas, that are fully ventilated and heated, which, combined with the strong preparation and experience of our painters and sandblasters, allows the application of the necessary products without having to worry about outside weather conditions. This allows us to optimize production times and, if required, to be able to perform all-around jobs.
As far as our modern and hard-to-compare sandblasting system is concerned, its strength lies in the ability to make SA 2.5 on parts without any length limit and with heights up to 2800 mm.
Thanks to the above-described structures, we are able to meet the demand for painting and sandblasting jobs for both our inside design team and on behalf of third parties, with the utmost professionality and the use of materials of various kinds but that always respond to the highest standards.
